- We are proud to ship all orders right out of our company warehouse, located in the Majestic White Mountains of New Hampshire. We ship to all locations within the U.S. and Canada.
- Orders ship via UPS or, for certain locations, USPS.
- We offer a special discounted Flat Rate Ground shipping option and, if you select this option, orders are generally delivered within 3-7 business days.
However, for customers outside of continental US (including APOs/FPOs/DPOs, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands), please note that shipping may take up to 6-8 weeks with this option. Therefore, if you live in one of these areas, we recommend choosing our UPS Ground option instead. - If you would like to ship to a PO BOX address, you must select our Flat Rate Ground shipping option.
- Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays).
International Shipping
- We are pleased to offer shipping to Canada! Canadian customers please click here.
- If you are interested in shipping to destinations outside of Canada and the US, please contact us.
Processing Times
- Orders begin processing the same day that they are placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Your account will be charged when your item(s) ships and you will be contacted if additional information is required for credit verification.
Shipping Charges
- We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders over $60 within the Continental US with our Flat Rate Ground shipping option.
- Orders under $60 ship for only $3.95
- All other shipping rates, including outside of the continental US, expedited shipping, and shipping to Canada, are calculated based on the actual cost to ship your order. This will be calculated for you at checkout.

The estimated delivery date for your order is based on your shipping address and the shipping option you choose:

Domestic Order Status & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll notify you via email with your UPS tracking number. Visit www.ups.com to track your package. Certain addresses may be issued a USPS tracking number.
LOOKING FOR YOUR PACKAGE?
Sometimes they end up on a porch, or in the bushes, or with your neighbors. Occasionally, packages are marked "delivered" before they have been. Please contact the carrier if your package has still not been delivered 24 hours after the expected delivery time.
