The only problem I had was two pairs of the same shoe were accidentally ordered and the customer service have not responded to my requests for a refund on one pair. Very frustrating! However, the shoes are awesome! They fit perfectly!

The problem with the design is the additional strip of "faux nubuck" down the center. If your second toe is longer than your big toe, the second toe will be forced right up against that unforgiving double layer of material. Ouch! Don't know if ordering a half-size up will help.
