y older ones. And my older ones are not "stretched out" as I have one pair that is suede-like that I never wear, and they still fit perfect. I returned the boots and sized up to 9WW. They are also too narrow and uncomfortable. Both the toe box and the heal box on my older boots are soft, and they were perfect from Day 1. These new boots have a very hard, non-pliable toe box and heel box. I had to return them as well. In addition, when you do your returns, you are told you will get a postage-paid label so you assume free returns. It's not until you get your postage-paid label that you find out they're going to deduct $7 from your return. So I'm out $14 on two sets of boots that should fit but don't. I won't reorder from this company again due to the change in quality, and I feel like the returns language is not only deceptive, but an out-and-out scam.
